Influenster Goodies - The Good Life Voxbox
Yesterday, when I arrived to work, I finally got to see my new work area and holycrap! It is freaking small! It's half the size of what my old cubie was. I don't like it but oh well, gonna have to get used to it from now on. :(
On the bright side, I received another box from Influenster! I have never tried any of these products before so I am definitely excited. Love the fact that I got two snacks here. I can't wait to tear them up and taste them. I am also curious to how this bottle of dietary supplement is going to curb my appetite. I could use some help. I have not been watching what I eat for the past few months. I just stuff myself with whatever I feel like eating and I'm letting myself go. Plus, I've been going through mood swings and I feel that my overall physical and emotional well-being is rolling downhill. *Sigh* I need to get my sh*t together.
Anyhoo, I've taken a picture of the card that came with what I got so you can read a brief description of these products.
Have you tried any of these?

Gimme Some Kiss(es), Compliment of Influenster
I'm stocked to have won another brand challenge with Influenster and these are my prize from Kiss. Take a look...
Kiss Premium Eyelashes with Applicator Strings...Never tried or thought that I would need applicator strings but I can't wait to find out if they are any easier to apply.
Kiss Everezlashes Strip Lash Adhesive. If I knew I was going to get these I probably wouldn't have bought the Ardell clear lash adhesive at Sally Beauty. It's cool though!
And lastly, the Kiss Gradation Polishes. Colors are not too bad but I like the idea that you can create a beautiful gradient nail with this set.
I'm very happy and excited with my new goodies. Thank you Influenster and Kiss for the opportunity to try these products.
Have you tried any of these? If yes, tell me what you thought of them?

Oooo Look At The Bubbly Goodness I Received!
Last night, I stopped by my sister's house after work because she had called me to let me know that she made some banana cream pies and told me to pick one up. Then when I got there, she made some beignets so I ate a few. And then, she said if I was hungry she had some left over food, which I ended up eating as well. And then, she asked me if I wanted some watermelon and I said yes...And then once I was full to the neck, I decided it was time to go home.
I meant to post this last night, but shortly after I got home, I passed out from a food coma. Thanks sis for the food! Food makes me happy and sleepy, lol.
As some of you may know, Influenster sent me the Ivory 2-IN-1 Hair & Body wash a little while ago, which I reviewed HERE.
What is Influenster? For those who don't know, it's a program that you join, fill out surveys, provide reviews, and share your thoughts on products you use on social networks as well as in real life. If your lifestyle matches a certain criteria and if you are selected, they send you free products to test and review. To find out more if you are interested, please read HERE.
You may also be selected to win prizes after you've completed your brand challenge. A few days ago, I got an email from Influenster announcing that I won. I was very excited! It's very rare that I win something.
I received exactly what was listed on the email. It was a pretty heavy box and I was very delighted to see my prizes. I told my daughter "wow look at all these soaps! We are set for the rest of the year!" hehehe. That was a lot of soap but I can't complain. You can never have too much soaps. I will probably have to share that pack of bar soap with friends and family since there is plenty to go around.
Are you an Influenster? What's the best thing that you received from them?

Sneak Peak At The Influenster Spring Fever VoxBox
Hello everyone,
I was fortunate enough to be selected to receive the Influenster Spring Fever VoxBox. I was actually a bit surprised but can't complain.
This card briefly explained what I received and since I'm too tired to type, I snapped a picture of it.
After I got done with the pictures, the first thing I went after was of course the TastyKake. Had to share it with my daughter because she wanted some. I joked to her and said that if she gets a piece of it, she will need to write a review about it, lol.
Anyways so here's what I thought about the TastyKake Peanut Butter. Packaging wise, I would have liked it better if it came with a paper lining. It would make handling it much easier and prevent my fingers from melting the outer chocolate fudge layer. Secondly, the chocolate fudge layer crumbles quite a bit so you'll need to be careful when eating it so that it doesn't get on your clothes.
The cake is spongy and moist. The chocolate fudge melts instantly in your mouth and on your fingers. The middle layer of peanut butter is also nice and soft. And I absolutely love the taste of this cake! It's got rich and bold chocolate and peanut flavors. The sweetness is just right for me. This is perfect for that moment where you need a sweet yummy chocolaty snack. I've taken pictures of the nutrition facts, not that it really matters to me because as long as it makes my taste buds happy I'm all good but I'm sure those who are more conscientious about their diets would want to know. One word of advice though, you must keep this cake in a cool place or it will melt and be careful how you carry this snack. For example, don't just toss it in your purse or school bag. It will turn into a pancake and I don't even want to imagine how you're going to try to eat it afterward. Like I said earlier, taste-wise this cake is delicious! I wished they included coupons because I would buy them.
Here's the rest of the stuff...I will review them once I get a chance to test them out.
Anything here you tried?

Ivory Hair & Body Wash Review
I received this Ivory Hair & Body wash complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes a couple weeks ago. Lucky me was selected to test out this new product from Ivory. The one I received is the refreshing scent and that's exactly what it is. They've also included 3 coupons for 75 cents off my next purchase.
I've looked up online to get an idea of the price and they retail for about $4.00-5.00. I'm not even sure if my local stores have it yet since I haven't gone soap shopping in a while.
Packaging
- This bottle is huge. Contains 24 oz or 709 ml. Because this is a pretty hefty and heavy size for my hand I found it a bit hard to handle and get a good grip when using it in the shower. Because of the bulky packaging, I personally would have preferred that it includes a pump.
Product
- The scent is fresh and kinda reminds me of the ocean breeze. It's not too overpowering and I think it's perfect for the entire family. This is a scent both male or female can enjoy.
- It lathers well and quickly and the bubbles sure feel soft and conditioning.
- I enjoyed using it for both my hair and body. It works great as a shampoo but I still prefer to use a separate conditioner for my hair just cause my hair needs extra moisture.
- It also rinses off easily and I don't feel any slippery residue left behind.
Final Thought
It works great as a shampoo and body wash in one. It wouldn't take the place of a good conditioner though. I think my kids love it too as well because it's only been two weeks since I've had it and half of it is already gone. If you have a small shower or prefer less clutter in your bathroom, then this would be a nice product to try. It's also something I would pack with me if I'm traveling because of the convenience of 2 in 1 product but I would likely transfer just the amount that I need into a smaller container.
My main complaint is the bulky packaging. If you have small hands, it will be hard to handle in the shower, especially when it's still full and heavy, otherwise I'm definitely looking forward to try out the other scents.
