Nina Ultra Pro Holographic Top Coat is exactly what it is, however the base appear like a sheer champagne color. It's a really beautiful top coat and my camera didn't do too well at capturing the colors of the glitters. they look really muted here but in real life, they do come to life and are more vibrant and sparkly.
I have 3 coats on the swatches. You can still see my nail lines but it does pick up a really good amount of glitters on the first pass so it is great for layering on top of another color.
