You've already probably heard lots of great things about the Tarte Amazonian Clay Blushes and I've previously owned one of them but when I saw they had come up with a blush palette, I was like wow I NEED this! Anyhooo...I don't know if you can still find this palette out there but it's completely sold out on Sephora's website.
Anyways, I'm just going to jump right into the review and I'm going to keep this short and sweet because it's late and I'm tired.
The blush includes a wide black cuff with a gold accent bow that you can actually rotate whichever direction you want. The cuff does not fit around the palette, it just appear that way in the packaging, in case you were wondering.
Each blush contains .15 oz or 4.5 g, just slightly smaller than the regular single Tarte Amazonian Clay blushes by a hair, which contains .20 oz.
The blushes are very pigmented, soft, and easy to blend. They last up to 6 hours on me and start to fade after that so they are not quite as long wearing as advertised.
|Crave, Dazzled, Darling, Dollface, Park Ave Princess|
Crave is a medium coral matte.
Dazzled is a medium mauve rose matte with some subtle sparkles.
Darling is a medium peachy nude matte.
Dollface is a matte medium cool toned pink
Park Ave Princess is a medium cool tone bronzer with a matte finish. I thought that was kind of odd that the one in this palette is matte. I've tried another version of it and it was shimmery. Regardless, I'm quite happy with the matte version. It works very well on my skin tone.
Overall, it's a really nice palette to have and great value. The blushes apply beautifully and are so pigmented that a little goes a long way. My only complaint is that they do not last 12 hours but still making through most of the day so I don't mind that so much.
My rating: 8.5/10
I believe it is limited edition so good luck getting your hands on it if you are still looking for it.
