Walgreens Haul From Friday

Aside from the Wet N Wild Chrome collection, I also managed to pick up a few other things while I was at Walgreens.

  • The Wet N Wild Megalast nail polishes are on sale for buy 2 get 1 free so I took advantage of it to get these three polishes: Sugar Coat, Distrubia, and Break The Ice.

  • Revlon Colorstay Smoky Shadow Stick in Flare. These claims to be creaseproof so I wanted to see if that's really true.
  • Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Darling. I read a lot of rave reviews on these balm stains so I've been wanting to try a couple but colors that I wanted were sold out. I picked these Revlon products up because they had a sign that said BOGO 50% off. I just looked at my receipt yesterday and was very upset and irritated to find that they charged me both full price. Apparently, you just can't trust these retailers. Either their prices are not done correctly or their sale labels are not properly displayed. Always check your receipt because you don't always get the deal you think you are getting. I hate it when you find out after you have already paid them. It makes me wanna knock someone out because this is the second time this month that it has happened to me and this is annoying the crap out of me now.

  • Lastly, I've been contemplating this polish for a while now and everytime it keeps call out to me to take it home, lol. I caved in and didn't want to wait any longer. This is the L'Oreal Gorgeous Gold polish. What a perfect name to go with it! It's an antique gold with gold glitters and green shimmers.

I will post swatches and reviews soon. Have you tried any of these products? What are your thoughts on them?

  2. Nice haul! I got Sugar Coat a while back to fill my need for OPI Bubble Bath but it just didn't do it for me. I'm not really loving the formula of the MegaLast polishes.. I have a few and they all seem rubbery to me and they chip/peel really easily even with top and base coat ;[
