I spotted this new Milani One Coat Glitter at K-Mart about a week ago when I was hunting for the Revlon Whimsical polish. Pink Flare is a sheer baby pink base with pink and holographic glitters, which are a bit larger than the pink glitters.
I'm not sure what they mean by "one coat" glitter but personally these are not opaque at all on the first coat. You can still see my nails.
Here is a swatch of Pink Flare with 2 coats and as you can see, the pigmentation is a lot better.
This polish looks just like OPI Teenage Dream but as far as coverage goes, Pink Flare does a much better job since it's got a lot more glitters.
