Finger Paints Special Effect Flakies - Twisted and Asylum

The search for these two Finger Paints flakies got me all twisted because they were the first ones to go. Luckily, I was able to snag these beauties after driving to several Sally Beauty Supplies in town. I feel complete and content now that I was able to get the whole collection. If you missed on my previous post, you can go here to view swatches of the other three Finger Paints Flakies.
These flakies are meant to be used as a topcoat and usually show up better with a darker nail polish base. I haven't paired these with other colors other than black but I will do when I get a chance. If it turns out good. I will post a NOTW post.

Twisted is absolutely gorgeous! I can see why it's flying off the shelf so quickly. This polish has yellow, green, orange, and blue flakies. I'm drooling just looking at it.

Asylum has mostly bluish and orange flecks, but you can still see a bit of green in it as well. This is another gorgeous flakie, although my favorite of the collection would still be Twisted. You could probably get this combo by layering Motley and Flashy.

Did you get on the flaky bandwagon yet? Love it or leave it?

  1. I love the flakeys! I got all the Finger Paints ones except for the the one that's similar to Nubar 2010.

    1. My Nubar 2010 doesn't have much flakies in the bottle. I like Flashy more cause the flakies are also chunkier.
