Zoya Haul - Color Lock System and Free Polishes

It felt like forever from the day I placed my order till the day I received it, but in all fairness, it took approximately 2 weeks. A couple weeks ago, Zoya had a promo for two free nail polishes. I decided to take advantage of it of course. I often hear Temptalia rave about the Zoya color lock system so I decided to give it a whirl.

The Color-Lock System includes:
  • 3-in-1 polish remover, nail cleanser, and nail prep
  • Anchor base coat
  • Get Even ridge filling base coat
  • Armor top coat
  • Fast drops speed dry drops
  • Renew polish rejuvenator

This set is sold for $48. Kind of expensive if you ask me so my expectation is high.  I will review these once I get a good feel for all the products.

For the two free polishes, I picked out Marina, which is a bluish grey metallic color. So gorgeous! The second free polish is Tiffany, which is a sparkly peachy foil color. To my surprise, it was very similar to Rica but Rica is pinker. I will post swatches soon.

To my disappointment, I was supposed to get a free acrylic tray for the True collection and Feel Winter collection, but they weren't included in my package although the packing slip indicates that they were shipped along with the above products. If they ran out if it, they could've at least put in something as a substitute but the fact that they acknowledged that it was shipped and wasn't, I'm not very happy about it. Not a big deal since I didn't have to pay for them but still annoyed because they were automatically added to my cart as part of the promotion and I was looking forward to it.

I got free shipping for this order, which was nice considering, I receive my package in a huge box with a ton of Styrofoam peanuts.

Did you take advantage of this promo for the free polishes? Which ones did you get? Follow Zoya on Facebook and twitter if you want to be updated with their latest promos.

    1. They are like little spoons, shaped like your nail and filled with a zoya nail polish color so that you can get a better idea of how the color would look on your finger.
