These are the two new nail polishes that I recently picked up from Sally Beauty. I'm quite a regular shopper there and 99% of the time, I only stop there just to check out new polish collections. So I make my rounds at Sally about 2 or 3 times a month just for that reason.
Colorful Collage is simply a gorgeous silver holo glitter with a couple different size glitters. It's pretty similar to Santa's Magic but the only difference that I get between the two is that the base of Colorful Collage seems to be thicker and pick up more glitters.
Hue Brighten My Day. I wasn't sure if I was going to love it but granted that the mix of glitters appears to be quite unique, I decided to give it a go. In the bottle, I see a dark base with dark green shimmers and silver glitters. However, it kinda took a different personality of its own once I swatched it on my nails. What I thought to be silver glitters were actually very pale gold glitters. I must say that it looks way better on the nails than in the bottle. It has kind of a gritty textured look to it. Similar to that of the China Glaze Prismatic Chrome collection. I didn't use a top coat but with or without top coat I think this is still going to be gorgeous. The formula is thick and applied patchy but I was able to even out the application on the second coat.
Woah, they are both gorgeous...! I love it <3
ReplyDeleteThank you. Love them both as well :)
