Ahem...I interrupt you guys from the regular programming to talk about biscuits, lol. Particularly, Red Lobster biscuits and as you can tell below, I didn't really have to figure out how to do it.
A couple weeks ago, I was shopping at Sam's Club. I was buying groceries for my son's graduation party and I stumbled on this box and I thought why not give it a shot. My kids and I all love the Red Lobster biscuits and it's always something I look forward to when I go to the restaurant.
This two pounds mix cost roughly around $6.00 and you can make about 30 biscuits. Not bad eh?
I took a picture of the instruction so that you can see how easy it is to make. Even my kids can do it without my help.
I bet you're wondering "but does it taste the same?" Well, the taste is pretty darn close. With the box recipe, I get the buttery taste from the outside, since we have to brush the sauce on the biscuits. With the restaurant biscuits, you get that buttery taste from the inside out. That would be the main difference. I like the restaurant version better but this is definitely the next best thing to the restaurant version.
Ever tried making your own Red Lobster biscuits? If so, do you have a recipe to share?
