Love & Beauty Nail Polish Swatches

Happy Saturday everyone!

It's been bitter cold these last couple days...like stinging cold so I don't plan on going anywhere unless I have to. Oh crap, I just remember I do need to go somewhere, lol. Have to pick up a birthday gift. Hopefully, I won't do too much damage cause I tend to wander off where I didn't intentionally plan to.

Here are the swatches for the Love & Beauty polishes I picked up from Forever 21 last week.

  • Crystal Light Aqua. I guess they don't have the most creative or fun names for their polishes but I'm quite happy with these. This is like a light greyish white with teal shimmers. It applies a bit unevenly with some streaking but looks good on the 3rd coat. Really cool looking polish with a pearly finish. I have nothing like this in my stash.

  • Light Grey Lavender. I guess the name sums it all. It is light grey and has lavender shimmers in it. Gorgeous, I didn't expect to like this one more than Crystal Light Aqua. It's actually my favorite of the three. Formula was the same as the above and needed 3 coats for even and opaque finish. This is another one unique polish.

  • Sage. Cool-toned light green shimmers. Very nice and soft. Looks a bit more frosted than I anticipated. The formula was thin and sheer so I needed at least 3 coats. There's still a bit of visible nail line but not too obvious.

Have you tried these colors? Which Love & Beauty polish would you recommend?

  1. I actually really like Love and Beauty polishes, I think they're a bit underrated! I like that second one too, it is appropriate for work but is certainly not boring! Thanks for the swatches as always.

  2. If I remember correctly, you live in the Midwest as well? I'm one of the few that loves the cold, because I get hot really easily. I'm more happy that we actually have measurable snow this winter for the first time. I hope you stay warm and toasty. SOUP and TEA!

    1. Yes, I'm from the cold midwest. I don't like cold but I guess it's alright. Got used to it somehow. Hope you stay warm as well.

  4. I think the polish names are funny because they're just straight up descriptive. The first two are lovely!

  5. I skip my eyes over their lipglosses because of the strong plastic scent and chunks of glitter but their nail polishes I have taken a good look at! I do like that shimmery white and the second shade with the sheen of purple! I think have some nice shades! I've seen a teal and a pastel purple that I liked but didn't get them! :(

    1. It certainly is gorgeous and for the price, there's no excuse not to buy.

  7. I've never tried the F21 polishes. Might have to look more closely at them next time I hit the mall.
